Excellent customer service. We had to check in incredibly late due to a change in schedules and the host was very understanding and helped us with every step of the way. Functional room. We didn't get one of the rooms shown in the pictures with the ornate decor but it was really nicely equipped and with modern appliances. Perfectly good breakfast. We booked the room with breakfast included and it was a small but quite nice selection of food. The best part for me was the freshly ground coffee.

Location is very close to the Duomo, so walking distance from almost everything! Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are beautiful!

The decor was very pretty and pink!!! Provided everything that we needed. The bathroom was modernised while keeping the original style of the room.

The hotel was in a great location with all the lovely site’s of Florence within walking distance. It was so lovely to wake up to the sound of the church bells and the singing of birds.

Check in staff were helpful and hilarious. The rooms have a kettle and English Tea and I was given a jug of milk for my stay. 6 minutes walk from the Duomo and on a major bus route.

The apartment is very comfortable and large to stay in and has a separate private bathroom that is clean and new. It is located directly in the center.

central location, cleanliness, pretty decor of the rooms and 19th century building with original ceiling decoration, kind staff, very quiet sleep, bathroom is external, but private (you receive your personal keys).
